Overall, it is important to distinguish symptomatic UTIs from ABU. In stone disease, blanket treatment or screening is not recommended. Screening or treatment of CA-ABU is not recommended in patients with NB. For CKD, there are no specific guidelines dictating screening or treatment of ABU.
